Our mission

In Switzerland and throughout the world, many patients do not have access to certain leading-edge medical treatments that could efficiently improve recovery speed, simply due to insufficient financial means or limited insurance cover.

Since 1987, Genolier Foundation has the mission to give such patients access, when possible, to costly advanced medical care. Genolier Foundation relies on the multidisciplinary medical expertise of Swiss Network, leading premium hospital network in Switzerland.

In Switzerland
Genolier Foundation is committed to providing support to enable patients to benefit from a range of ultra-modern treatments for breast and prostate cancer by assisting them to find the necessary funds to finance costs not covered by their medical insurance package.

Genolier Foundation also actively supports training and cancer research by offering scholarships to Swiss Medical Network affiliated physicians.

On an international scale
Genolier Foundation has the mission to support numerous carefully selected non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

Because Genolier Foundation is particularly sensitive to healthcare access inequalities around the world, a Humanitarian Platform was set up in 2017 to support local medical facilities, via a Medical Material Donation Program and a Humanitarian Mission Program.
